Sport specific exercises, personal long term training program, yearly goal setting and mental training. Get in shape, stay in shape and train like a pro. With the guidance of 3x Canadian Olympic Coach Tom Hutchinson you will be able to get ahead of your game and train like a world class athlete.

Jumping on small airbag, rails, climbing, return to balance training, physical conditioning, tricking, gymnastics, trampoline, gymX-like training, stretching, yoga, biking, swimming, parkour and mountain climbing are on the schedule.

And there is always a surprise activity per week!!!

All athletes will not just have a full time intense training program but learn about what it takes to be a pro athlete and talk about goal setting.
